From the moment you step through Solaire’s grand entrance and make your way to Kiwa Korean Grill, you’re met with every suggestion that you’re in for an exquisite experience. Between Kiwa’s private rooms, premium cuts of pork and beef, and a unique selection of dishes like sea urchin bibimbap and grilled eel, you won’t be looking for much else. Far from your usual Korean dining experience, Kiwa Korean Grill is more upscale, serving some of the finest traditional Korean dishes and artisan creations by their world-class Korean chefs. It also serves Japanese sashimi as part of a set menu. Some of there must-try include the Steak Tartare, Yangnyumgalbi, Baebaek Kimchi, Samgyeopsal, and Haemul Pajeon.

Their mountains of luscious bing su are also not to be missed; they provide some of the largest and most decadent bing su available, with flavors such as pat (red beans), watermelon, mango, banana, and chocolate. Kiwa's enormous dining room, which can seat up to 184 people, is surrounded by brightly illuminated lanterns and trees. The majority of the exquisite furnishings and interiors are imported from Korea, and the owners have gone to great lengths to ensure that Kiwa is the best-looking Korean restaurant in the country. In the center of each table is a state-of-the-art griller, ideal for preparing and enjoying the finest traditional Korean specialties on the menu.
