OORI
Sheraton’s OORI is a prime example of how attention to detail and quality ingredients can truly elevate a meal. With specialised grills for different meats, melt-in-your-mouth Australian Mulwarra Wagyu 9+, as well as the remarkably juicy Duroc Spanish Pork, every grilling experience at OORI promises to please. To accompany your BBQ, the restaurant also serves dakgangjung (Korean fried chicken), tteok bokki (rice and fish cake), and refillable banchan (side dishes). You can choose from five types of banchan, including onion pickle, stir-fried beansprouts, cabbage kimchi, pickled radish, spring onion kimchi, seaweed salad, and cucumber kimchi, stir-fried zucchini, braised egg, radish kimchi, braised radish, spinach with bean paste, and seaweed salad. Another food to try is their noodle of the day, which comes with Denjang Jjigae, one of the most popular Korean stew dishes made with Korean soybean paste and meat.
The OORI experience would be incomplete without dessert. The popular Korean shaved ice dessert, drizzled with milk and garnished with seasonal fruits, is the restaurant's last touch. OORI features private dining rooms for intimate gatherings for a more exclusive eating experience. The staff and service are excellent.
