Namoo House

Namoo House is the local franchise of Maple Tree House, a popular Korean BBQ restaurant in Seoul, Korea. It is an elegant contemporary restaurant striving to serve the very best in fine Korean cuisine. It offers the best in quality meats and is a modern take on traditional Korean BBQ. It is a place delivering exciting flavors, fresh ingredients, and exceptional service. Inside, the restaurant at Uptown Parade looks Korean with a modern twist. A wall is lined with green soju bottles, while a screen of maple branches separates the entryway from the rest of the restaurant. Everything else such as their tables, exhausts, and stoves is stone and copper, with illustrations of their menu on the walls.

Namoo House, like most Korean restaurants, serves pickled appetizers before the main course. A salad dressed in their own homemade dressing was among the appetizers served at the press preview on their opening day. Two aged USDA prime steaks were cooked and served at the table: a soft, delicious prime striploin and a rib-eye. Sweet marinated boneless short ribs, best eaten with a piece of pineapple, were also cooked on the table's grill. Another pork dish was the Kurobota pork belly, which was prepared with a slice of black pork imported from Japan specifically for Namoo House's Philippine location. Namoo House also provides normal bibimbap and stone bowl bibimbap, which keeps the rice hot and crisp. Namoo House’s rice is a mix of black rice and white rice, which is a healthier alternative to just plain white rice. Bean paste stew is also a Korean staple, and this salty, spicy soup is perfect for warming up on a rainy day.
