  2. As the self-proclaimed home of KPop and chicken, Kko Kko certainly lives up to its title. With a restaurant name in ode to the sound that chicken makes, Kko Kko has dedicated itself to bringing that original crispy and juicy Korean fried chicken to Manila. Its menu is divided into two sections: one for its amazing fried chicken and another for Korean street cuisine and other current inventions. This cheese fondue with boneless fried chicken, fries, onion rings, and chips is one of the wacky restaurant's colorful, innovative inventions. The gigantic Kimbap, a rice roll meal loaded with tuna, beef, chicken, or spam, is also available. It also serves the popular Filipino rice meal Bibimbap and boneless chicken popcorn. Combination delicacies such as the Rambokki, a fusion of tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) and ramen, and the Dynamite Burger, an East-meets-West sandwich, take comfort cuisine to the next level.

They deliver and take out till 2 am every day, so you can satisfy your late-night cravings for Korean fried chicken burgers, ramyeon, and other favorite Korean foods. The best part about their street and modern cuisine offerings are that they not only contain the best Korean flavors, but they also create a lively dining experience.

  3. Korea Garden has grown to be an institutional dining destination, finding its way into the homes and hearts of customers old and new. This Korean-Filipino haunt has only one branch, located on Jupiter Street, Makati - but they’ve continually drawn in diners from all over the metro who can’t get enough of their dishes. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will appreciate attractive prices. The ambiance is pretty, and a lot of people appreciated the style of this spot. Trip users rated this restaurant and it earned 4.5.

The menu includes BBQ meat, beef stew, and beef bulgogi, as well as superb pancakes, exquisite ice cream, and excellent tea. The kalbi chim (beef stew) is without a doubt their most popular meal, and for good reason: the big chunks of beef are mind-blowingly delicate, coming apart with the least force, while the mouth-watering sauce is packed with festive spices that make for the ultimate comfort dish. With good cause, the gujeolpan is one of the restaurant's biggest sellers. It's a nine-sectioned platter with various veggies and meats served with thin pancakes.

    Kaya

With nearly 27 years under its belt and branches in every nook of town, Kaya has also grown to be a household name. In addition to the reliable barbecue set-up, Kaya serves many other Korean classics from grilled mackerel to goon mandoo (fried dumplings), kimchi fried rice, and of course kalbi jjim (beef stew). There's also Jin Jjambbong hot seafood ramen, soju in every flavor imaginable, and the distinctive Samangco. The spicy pork, shrimp tempura, and kim chee fried rice are also on the menu. The beef rib stew is great with rice, and the quantity is large enough to feed two people. Their Sam Kyup Sal consists of thin pork belly slices served on a sizzling plate.

When paired with a delicious, ice-cold watermelon shake, the eatery is a go-to when I'm not feeling adventurous with other places in Power Plant. For dessert, there's the standard Korean ice cream, the Melona, a fish sandwich with red bean and vanilla ice cream in the middle, and so on. The service is excellent. They are extremely attentive and welcoming.

  9. Namoo House is the local franchise of Maple Tree House, a popular Korean BBQ restaurant in Seoul, Korea. It is an elegant contemporary restaurant striving to serve the very best in fine Korean cuisine. It offers the best in quality meats and is a modern take on traditional Korean BBQ. It is a place delivering exciting flavors, fresh ingredients, and exceptional service. Inside, the restaurant at Uptown Parade looks Korean with a modern twist. A wall is lined with green soju bottles, while a screen of maple branches separates the entryway from the rest of the restaurant. Everything else such as their tables, exhausts, and stoves is stone and copper, with illustrations of their menu on the walls.

Namoo House, like most Korean restaurants, serves pickled appetizers before the main course. A salad dressed in their own homemade dressing was among the appetizers served at the press preview on their opening day. Two aged USDA prime steaks were cooked and served at the table: a soft, delicious prime striploin and a rib-eye. Sweet marinated boneless short ribs, best eaten with a piece of pineapple, were also cooked on the table's grill. Another pork dish was the Kurobota pork belly, which was prepared with a slice of black pork imported from Japan specifically for Namoo House's Philippine location. Namoo House also provides normal bibimbap and stone bowl bibimbap, which keeps the rice hot and crisp. Namoo House’s rice is a mix of black rice and white rice, which is a healthier alternative to just plain white rice. Bean paste stew is also a Korean staple, and this salty, spicy soup is perfect for warming up on a rainy day.
