Lake Jasna
Lake Jasna is made up of two interconnected artificial lakes at the confluence of Mala and Velika Pišnica just outside of Kranjska Gora, en route to Vrsic Pass.
Both tourists and locals like visiting Lake Jasna. It's the ideal place to stop over on the way to the Vrsic Pass or to spend a leisurely afternoon by the lake. Here, you can go swimming, picnicking, fishing, or walking. You may even borrow books from a tiny library by the lake.
From a 6-meter-high wooden tower above Lake Jasna, you may enjoy stunning views of all the nearby peaks. For those who have the courage to swim in the chilly waters, this tower acts as a jumping platform and vantage point.
It takes roughly 15 minutes to walk around Lake Jasna in a circle. This stroll circles the lakes and crosses bridges, sandy beaches, and wooden vantage points ideal for sunbathing and taking in the scenery. After a nice hike, you will certainly enjoy a good cooling splash in the clear water. The lake is also a popular fishing spot, so fishing enthusiasts can have a great time. Lake Jasna is truly said to be one of the most beautiful lakes in Slovenia.
