Lake Sasykkol

Lake Sasykkoli is located in Kazakhstan's east. A stunning lake called Lake Sasykkol may be found in Kazakhstan at the base of the Almaty High Alps mountain range. Its area is 600 km2 (736 km2 when the water level is high), and its average and greatest depths are 3.3 and 4.7 m, respectively. On the lake, fishing is common. Here you can find waterfowl including the spoonbill, whooper swan, and mute swan.

The Almaty High Alps around the Lake is one of the biggest alpine lakes in the nation, which is tucked away among the mountains. The Sasykkol River supplies water to the Lake, which is situated at a relatively high altitude because of the Sasykkol Glacier's subterranean waters.
