Laton Waterfall

Laton Waterfall is one of Iran's highest waterfalls, and some people even think it's the highest waterfall in Iran. It was made up of three sizable natural ponds and three waterfalls spaced ten meters apart. This waterfall's total height is thought to be around 170 meters.

The distance from the Laton waterfall's route to the closest village, Kuteh Kumeh, is about six kilometers. On this walk, you can observe a lot of hot springs. The Laton waterfall eventually becomes visible in the distance after navigating a challenging and precarious journey.

Laton waterfall has an intriguing feature in that the season affects how it looks since the climatic circumstances in each season lead its water level to alter regularly. It made people aware of this magnificent waterfall in Iran's northwest as a Four Seasons waterfall. It should be noted that there is a castle called Espinas on top of the waterfall as well. This castle is accessible by way of a route that involves mountain climbing. Because of this, the stunning Laton waterfall has always been a popular tourist destination for people who enjoy the outdoors and go hiking and rock climbing.
