Meghradzor Waterfall

Up in the Kotayk highlands, close to Megrhradzor hamlet, comes the Meghradzor waterfall. Many hikers choose this location as a rest point where they can have a picnic by the waterfall or just unwind. Meghradzor Waterfall is situated nearby to Papak Mount 2448m and Mokhrasar.

The waterfall is more well-known among locals than tourists because few people are aware of it, and getting there by car is difficult in and of itself because you almost certainly require an off-road vehicle.

Although this waterfall is a little beyond the settlement, it is close to a lovely hiking trail that will take you to the mountains (and to several waterfalls, not just one). There are multiple waterfalls in the Meghradzor Waterfall, and at the bottom, there is a small pool where you can cool yourself. Off-road vehicles can be used to travel to the waterfall, however, it is preferable to walk there. Just make sure to put on appropriate hiking or walking shoes.
