The locals refer to the section of the canyon where the waterfall is as Bayghush.

After you arrive at Sharach Waterfall, you can take in the view of the emerald green forests, the fragrance of fresh flowers, and the crisp, clear air coming from the Miapor Mountain Range.
Anyone who enjoys overcoming obstacles will find this place to be truly unforgettable because of the elevation and effort required, which makes them feel confident that their efforts will be rewarded when they reach the waterfall. Armenia celebrates Vardavar, a "water" day, in the middle of the summer. At this point, dousing everyone in water (even on the streets) is normal practice.
