Miami Beach
This beach is 15 miles from downtown Baltimore in Baltimore County or less than 40 minutes by automobile. You can access Miami Beach by taking Bowleys Quarters Road off Route 150, which runs along a tiny peninsula stretching from Bowleys Quarters (Eastern Avenue). You'll drive through a beautiful forested region with a few farms before arriving at the beach entry, which is where Miami Beach Road becomes Bay Drive. In front of a little hut, look for a chain-link fence and gate. A field and a parking lot are located to the right of the gate.
On weekdays, the beach is open from sunrise to sunset, and on weekends, it is closed. Swimming at the beach is occasionally forbidden due to recent restoration efforts. There are more than 500 feet of sand at Miami Beach, as well as a pavilion, grills, a playground, and a nature walk. The pavilion is open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, but it may also be hired for special occasions. Take a swim or have a barbecue with all of your pals using a grill!
