Middle East College

The third one in the top 10 best universities in Oman that Toplist would like to introduce to you is Middle East College. Middle East College (MEC) is an Oman-based college. With over 5,100 students, it is one of the leading higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman. MEC is affiliated with Coventry University in the United Kingdom. It is located in Muscat's Knowledge Oasis.

Middle East College offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering, business, and technology. MEC has collaborations with Microsoft IT Academy (ITA), Oracle Academy Initiative Program, Cisco Networking Academy Program, EC-Council Scholarship, SAP, Linux Professional Institute, and the Information Technology Authority of Oman. Dr. Abdullah Saif Ahmed Al Sabahy and Mr. Lefeer Muhamed founded the Middle East College in 2002 in collaboration with the Sultan's Special Forces Pension Fund (SSFPF).

There are Computing Club, Electronics Club, Design Club, Photography Club, Math Club, Net Club, Business Society, Dramatics society, and the English Speaking society among the student clubs.
