Perunthenaruvi Waterfalls

Perunthenaruvi is one of the most beautiful Kerala waterfalls formed on the Pampa River, a popular destination for both domestic and foreign tourists. The Perunthenaruvi Waterfalls are located in Pathanamthitta District, Central Travancore Region, Kerala State, India. It is a prominent tourist spot in Ranni taluk's Vechoochira Panchayat. The Perunthnaruvi translates as "The Honey Stream".


From a height of 60 to 100 feet, this water runs down a stony slope and into a pool via several streams. This is a fantastic area to spend a few hours swimming, playing in the water, and admiring the breathtaking views. Kudamurutty is on one side of the waterfall, while Vechoochira is on the other. The major path to this waterfall begins in Ranni and continues through Athikkayam, Kudamurutty, and Perunthenaruvi. It's a lovely place to spend time with family in a peaceful setting. Thiruvalla, the nearest railway station, is 49 kilometers away.
