Pied Piper (2016)

Pied Piper is a 2016 South Korean police procedural-crime drama television series. It replaced Cheese in the Trap and aired on cable network tvN on Mondays and Tuesdays at 23:00 (KST) time slot for 16 episodes from March 7 to April 26, 2016.

This show follows a police negotiating task team that specializes in high-stakes, worst-case circumstances that need highly trained negotiation abilities. They deal with the most dangerous and explosive events, such as suicide, terrorist attacks, hostage situations, and conflict. Joo Sung Chan (Shin Ha Kyun), a brilliant lead negotiator, and Yeo Myung Ha (Jo Yoon Hee), an inspector, join forces to diffuse these difficult situations before they escalate into full-fledged disasters. Yoon Hee Sung (Yoo Jun Sang), the true Pied Piper, was a thorn in their side. She is a fearless broadcast journalist who is always on the lookout for newsworthy happenings.
