Porchetta (stuffed pork)

Porchetta is a traditional Italian meal made from boneless pork filled with liver and locally grown wild fennel and roasted for at least eight hours over a wood fire with the skin on, creating a melt-in-your-mouth dish to die for.


Because of Monaco's proximity to the Italian border, people have embraced this meal, which is traditionally served at large family gatherings such as birthdays and holidays.
