He received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from New Mexico State University and his master's degree in business administration from West Texas State University. Keah-Choon Tan is an operations management professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas' Lee Business School (UNLV). He earned a B.Sc. and an M.B.A. from the University of South Alabama, as well as a Ph.D. in operations management from Michigan State University.
G. Keong Leong is an instructional faculty member and professor emeritus in the Information Systems and Operations Management Department of California State University, Dominguez Hills' College of Business Administration and Public Policy (CBAPP). He formerly worked as an associate dean at CBAPP.
