Resident Evil: Revelations 2

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is a Resident Evil franchise episodic survival horror video game developed and published by Capcom. The game comes after Resident Evil: Revelations and Resident Evil 5. Claire Redfield returns as the protagonist, and Barry Burton appears for the first time as a playable plot character in the main series. The first installment debuted in February of 2015. The story takes place in 2011 between the events of Resident Evil 5 and 6. The plot begins when Claire and her coworkers, including Barry Burton's daughter Moira Burton, are enjoying a party at the TerraSave offices when they are abducted by unknown intruders and brought to a lonely island in the Baltic Sea.

The game was published in 2015 for Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PlayStation Vita, and in 2017 on Nintendo Switch, along with the initial Revelations port. The reviews were mixed to good, with acclaim for the setting, plot, characters, and co-op gameplay, but criticism for the visuals and certain technical faults. By December 2021, the game had sold 4 million units (including the Switch collection), surpassing its predecessor. It is also the first Resident Evil game to not contain Alyson Court as Claire Redfield's long-time voice.
