Salto del Mortino

The Salto del Mortino waterfall may be found in the Puracé National Park, next to San Agustn, along the Magdalena River, in a little community named Hula. Atmospheric is the stunning 170-meter descent. The Salto de Bordones and the Salto del Mortino, which may be reached on the way to the Salto de Bordones, are both located within the same National Park. A striking and one-of-a-kind natural scene is El Salto del Mortio. One of the best waterfalls in South America, measuring more than 200 meters, is the area's main draw. The Crystal Bridge and Viewpoint at the Salto del Mortio have recently gained notoriety because they provide a unique vantage point from which to observe the waterfall as it cascades from the top of the leap to the earth's surface.

One of the attractions in Isnos is the Salto del Mortio. There is also the recent and well-known Mirador de Cristal, commonly known as the "falcon's eye," from where you can enjoy a stunning view of the waterfall and capture distinctive pictures. Next to it is the "flight of the eagle," Huila's biggest swing, from which you can obtain yet another breathtaking perspective of the Salto del Mortio. The Salto de Bordones, a second waterfall with a height of more than 400 meters, is located next to the Salto del Mortio and features one of southern Colombia's most breathtaking sceneries. You can visit the Alto de los dolos and the Alto de las Piedras nearby to learn more about the mysteries that are kept here. These two archaeological sectors are part of the San Agustn Park.
