This Asian-inspired lobster salad, a creative take on the traditional, includes cashews, spring peas, radishes, Napa cabbage, and Thai-style dressing. It pairs perfectly with the restaurant's famed cold plate of raw oysters from Back Bay.
Seafood enthusiasts are drawn to chef-partner Michael Serpa's first solo venture, a townhouse-like enclave in the Back Bay. Michael Serpa was formerly of Neptune Oyster. East and West Coast oysters, peekytoe crab salad, dressed Maine lobster, and more can be found on the excellent raw bar menu. (Celebrations choose to provide lavish seafood towers.) The famous blue prawns a la plancha and "taverna style," entire roasted sea bream are the clearest examples of how the menu frequently combines New England seafood with Mediterranean cooking methods. The wine list gets extra points because it frequently has orange wines and a sparkling rose that pairs well with seafood.
