Sign-In Using Alternative Methods

If you're still having problems after resetting your PIN from the sign-in screen, you can use your account password instead.

Here are the steps you can take:

1. Click "Sign in options" to see other sign-in methods.
2. Select the key icon, usually located on the left side of the screen.
3. Enter the password associated with your account in the login box.
4. Once you've successfully logged in, you can begin performing the remaining steps to fix the error.

Note: If you've forgotten your account password, you have the option to reset it, similar to the process for resetting your PIN.
