The management of the sales team is also critical to sales. This course will prepare you for a career in sales management by providing you with the necessary information and skills. Students learn about all aspects of sales management, including how to organize, select, train, motivate, supervise, and compensate salespeople, as well as territory management and administration and sales and expenditure forecasting. You will meet a variety of practicing sales managers who will share their expertise and knowledge as part of the training.


The specialization project entails choosing a company with a sales function or activity.
