The Crown
The Crown is a Netflix historical drama streaming television series about Queen Elizabeth II's reign that was conceived and mostly written by Peter Morgan and produced by Left Bank Pictures and Sony Pictures Television. Other notable actors who have appeared in the series include Matt Smith, Helena Bonham Carter, Vanessa Kirby, Tobias Menzies, and Gillian Anderson, all of whom had prominent parts. Several members of the core cast have received Emmys and Golden Globes for their performances.
