The story in the movie The Devil All The Time is set in the southern United States from 1945 to 1965 in Ohio and West Virginia. The film revolves around the main character Arvin Russell (Tom Holland). An orphan young man lived with his grandparents and adopted brother Lenora (Eliza Scanlen). The unfortunate events that came to Arvin seemed to be just the loss of a loved one, but behind it was a series of terrible secrets from people disguised as "pious". This caused Arvin's sister to leave forever and from here his arduous journey to find justice began.
