Tina Fey
Tina Fey is an actress, comedian, writer, producer, and playwright from the United States. She is most known for her work on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live (1997–2006) and for creating the comedy series 30 Rock (2006–2013, 2020) and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (2015–2020). Fey is also known for her work in film, including Mean Girls (2004), Baby Mama (2008), Date Night (2010), Megamind (2010), Muppets Most Wanted (2014), Sisters (2015), Whiskey Tango Foxtrot (2016), Wine Country (2019), and Soul (2020).
Tina Fey began her career as a writer for Saturday Night Live, where she eventually became the first female head writer. During her TV hiatus, she was able to co-anchor the show's 25th season with Jimmy Fallon. She also has her own television show, '30 Rock,' which she created and stars in. This was partially based on her time on Saturday Night Live, where she portrayed Liz Lemon. She also performed and wrote in the teen film 'Mean Girls.'
Fey and Amy Poehler co-starred in the film 'Baby Mama.' Her portrayal of Sarah Palin won her an Emmy during the election season. She frequently portrayed individuals with humiliating junk food addictions or failed or embarrassing romances. She has received many awards, viz. one Emmy, three Golden Globes, four Screen Actors Guilds, and four Writers Guild of America awards.
