Two Ocean Lake
In the U.S. state of Wyoming, Grand Teton National Park contains Two Ocean Lake. The 3.9 km long glacially created lake can be accessed from a parking lot next to it. The 10.3 km Two Ocean Lake Trail circles the lake while traveling through woodlands and open spaces. Emma Matilda Lake, which is larger, is 1.6 kilometers away.
Two Ocean Pass, located 40 km to the northeast, where Pacific Creek flows west and Atlantic Creek flows east, inspired the name of Two Ocean Lake, which is located in the northeastern section of the park close to Moran. The moniker Two Ocean Lake is misleading because it only empties into Pacific Creek.
Grand Teton National Park's Two Ocean Lake Area is a nice place to relax and take a lovely, relatively leisurely stroll around a magnificent lake. This well-liked location offers breathtaking scenery and great opportunities to see animals, such as trumpeter swans, Canada geese, other types of waterfowl, moose, black bears, and the endangered grizzly bear. In Grand Teton National Park, Two Ocean Lake is a little lake surrounded by lush meadows, towering aspens, and dense forest.
