ESAN University or Universidad ESAN in Spanish (acronym: ESAN) is a non-profit private university in Lima, Peru. ESAN University is the world's leading academic institution in business education, having been founded in 1963 as ESAN - Escuela de Administración de Negocios para Graduados, the first graduate business school in the Spanish-speaking world and in Peru. Throughout the years, ESAN has played an important role in Peru and Latin America due to the high quality of its MBA program, specialized master's programs, advanced management programs, and executive education programs, among others.

ESAN was renamed ESAN University in 2003, and it offers its first university courses in business, economics, and engineering in 2007. Currently, in addition to master's and executive education programs, it offers a Doctoral Program in Management through its graduate school, ESAN Graduate School of Business, as well as nine undergraduate programs and two adult professionalization programs.
