YO! Sushi, launched in 1997 by British entrepreneur and former Dragon's Den star Simon Woodroffe, continues the healthy theme. They started in the United Kingdom and have since spread to Denmark, Dubai, France, Australia, and Saudi Arabia. Fresh sushi and other delectable foods are prepared in an open kitchen environment and then placed on the conveyor belt. As they pass by their table or seat, diners grab their favorites.

The business swiftly rose to prominence as a premier sushi restaurant, prompting supermarkets to carry packets of the popular snack and light meal on their shelves. YO! Sushi today serves over five million people per year across its 70 locations, with a menu that includes delectable soups, rice or noodle-based dishes, salads, tempura, and even spicy classics like Chicken Katsu Curry, Salmon Firecracker Rice, and Yakisoba noodles. There are almost 80 Japanese-inspired recipes in all.

Try the sashimi, but if you don't like it, there are additional meals like Kaiso Seaweed Ramen and Shiitake Mushroom Ramen. Furikake French fries, luscious gyoza, and sweet chocolate mochi are also available at YO! Sushi.
