Zookeeper
Frank Coraci directed Zookeeper, a romantic comedy film released in 2011. It's about a group of zoo animals that decide to break their code of silence in order to assist their adoring zookeeper in finding love without leaving his present position for something more significant.
It was the first MGM film to be co-produced with Happy Madison (as well as their first production after the business went bankrupt the year before), however, it was distributed by Columbia Pictures, as did the rest of Happy Madison's output. Filming began on August 17, 2009, in Boston, and the film was released on July 8, 2011. On an $80 million budget, the picture garnered generally poor reviews and grossed $169.8 million.
