30 Hudson Yards
30 Hudson Yards (North Tower) is a skyscraper on the West Side of Manhattan. Located close to Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea and Penn Station areas, the building is part of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's West Side Yard Renovation Plan, a Hudson Yard Renovation Project. It is the 8th tallest building in New York.
30 Hudson Yards has a triangular observatory on the 100th floor and a bar and event space on the 101st floor. This 1,100-foot observatory opened in March 2020 and is the second-tallest outdoor observatory in the Western Hemisphere, behind Toronto's open Sky Terrace CN Tower (342 m or 1,122 ft)(The New York World Trade Center has an observation deck on the 100th to 102nd floors, 1,268 feet, and the Willis Tower, Chicago, 103rd floor, observation deck, 1,354 feet, but both are closed.)
