Adelbert's Brewery

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Adelbert's Brewery creates award-winning Belgian-style beer using high-quality hops and barley traditionally purchased from Europe. The brewery began as Scott Hovey's tribute to his brother George Adelbert Hovey. Joining forces with fellow brewer Taylor Ziebarth, Hovey is determined to brew top beers using Belgian brewing methods. Ingredients include low-alpha Czech hops and Bohemian malt barley. This approach both offers drinkers premium beers and has won critical acclaim for Adelbert Brewery. Naked Nun Beer won silver medals at the World Beer Championships Awards, and Philosophizer, Tripel B, Black Rhino, and Scratchin' Hippo won gold medals at the Craft Beer Awards.
