Agia Varvara Waterfalls

The Agia Varvara waterfalls are situated in the Kipouristra-Neropriono municipality of the Halkidiki area. They are located only 8 kilometers (5 miles) from Olympiada village.

These two waterfalls are shrouded in thick forest. From above, just one is visible, the other is hidden. Agia Varvara is hence the ideal retreat for introverts. A bridge that spans the waterfalls serves as a fantastic observation platform for stunning images.

The stream of Varvara, which merges with the stream of Arkoudorema just below the cascade, is where the waterfall's water originates. A tiny lake is created by the waters, and it is inhabited by trout, crabs, water snakes, and dragonflies. You may snap stunning panoramic pictures from the top of the waterfall.

The larger area has been planned as a recreational area, making it perfect for everyday outings and attracting many hikers, families, and nature lovers. Beginning from the parking area, a 300-meter-long forest trail leads to Agia Varvara's waterfall.
