Al-Aqsa University, established in 1991, is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of Gaza City (population range of 500,000-1,000,000), Gaza Strip. Al-Aqsa University (AU) is a big (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational Palestinian higher education institution that is officially accredited by the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
Al-Aqsa University (AU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in a variety of fields, including pre-bachelor degrees (certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, master degrees, and doctorate degrees.
This Palestinian higher-education school, which is 29 years old, has a selective admission process based on entrance exams and students' previous academic records and ratings. This Palestinian higher education organization is the least selective, with an admittance rate of 80-90 percent. Students from other countries are welcome to apply.
