Apicius
Apicius International School of Hospitality was created in 1997 and is today a vibrant hub of gastronomy, wine, and hospitality—a recognized leader in academic, professional, and career-oriented education. The institution, which has three facilities in the magnificent Italian city of Florence, has a more academic framework of lectures, workshops, and seminars.
The Ganzo, Sorgiva, and Dimora learning labs are state-of-the-art facilities that connect students with the local community for hands-on experience in hospitality, catering, and management. It also has its own pastry shop, Fedora, where students' work is displayed. Apicius provides two four-year bachelor's degrees, one in Hospitality Management and the other in Food and Wine Studies, both of which are part of the Florence University of the Arts.
