Kendall College, School of Culinary Arts
Within its three programs: Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry, and Hospitality Management, the Kendall College School of Culinary Arts, located in the center of Chicago, teaches not only culinary skills but also good business management and communication skills. Kendall College School of Culinary Arts offers a variety of courses, including Associate of Applied Science degree programs, that prepare prospective chefs and bakers for careers in the foodservice sector by teaching them about nutrition, kitchen operations, and food safety.
The Culinary Arts Certificate is ideal for students who desire to change occupations, create a small business, or supplement their present work experience with core professional cooking abilities. The A.A.S. in Baking and Pastry, the Baking and Pastry Certificate, and the Culinary Arts Certificate are among the degrees and certificates offered in the baking and pastry sector.
