Fire Emblem: Three Houses
Fire Emblem: Three Houses is a tactical role-playing game for the Nintendo Switch developed by Intelligent Systems and Koei Tecmo and released worldwide by Nintendo. It is the sixteenth entry in the Fire Emblem series[c] and the first for home consoles since Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn in 2007. Three Houses is set on the continent of Fódlan, which is divided into three governing powers that are now at peace. The Garreg Mach Monastery, which includes a chapel and an officer's school for pupils from each nation, connects these nations. Taking on the role of Byleth, the academy's newest professor and a former mercenary with a strange background, the player must select a class to teach and shepherd their pupils through a series of conflicts.
Intelligent Systems attributed the game's success and prompt delivery to Koei Tecmo, with whom the business had previously collaborated on Fire Emblem Warriors. The team intended to create something completely fresh for the franchise's premiere on high-definition home consoles, so they created the school life mechanics and fight expansions. The character designs and graphics were created by Chinatsu Kurahana. The school system in the game, as well as a time jump later in the tale, were inspired by the fourth installment, Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War.
