Two Point Hospital is a 2018 business simulation game released by Sega for Linux, macOS, and Microsoft Windows by Two Point Studios. In February 2020, console versions for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch were published. Theme Hospital's spiritual sequel, players are entrusted with establishing and maintaining an empire of hospitals in the fictional Two Point County, with the objective of healing patients with fake, funny maladies. The emphasis on comedy to lighten the mood was thought crucial by the creators because visiting actual hospitals is frequently unpleasant. Some of Theme Hospital's founders, notably Mark Webley and Gary Carr, planned and produced the game.

Within a few weeks of its release, Two Point Hospital was the second most downloaded game in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia. The game was well-received by critics, who praised it for its style, comedy, and fidelity to Theme Hospital's aesthetics while criticizing it for its repetitiveness and room design.
