Gastromé

Gastromé is a modest nighttime restaurant in Aarhus' Latin Quarter, on one of the city's oldest streets, surrounded by cobblestone walkways and secret backyards. The menus are seasonal, and the ingredients change depending on the season, with good seasonal produce from local fishermen, farmers, and breweries in and around Aarhus. When you enter Gastromé, you will notice that the environment is Nordic, the food is contemporary, the wine is from all over the world, and the service is grounded and down to earth.

The concept of the two chefs is reflected in their wine, food, and overall excellence. They believe in experimenting in a traditional inventive kitchen where the sky is the limit. You will only be served dishes that the two cooks enjoy, and everything has been carefully chosen.

Gastromé offers three menu options: Half Throttle with 5 servings, Full Throttle with 8 servings, and Signature with snacks and 13 servings. The Signature should begin before 7:00 p.m., according to the restaurant.

Please keep in mind that the Half Throttle menu is not available on Fridays and Saturdays.
