Kadeau
Kadeau restaurant received its first Michelin star in 2013, and its second in 2018, which it will keep until 2021. In 2016, Kadeau underwent a substantial renovation and lowered the number of seats in order to focus even more on each guest and, in their words, "get even closer to their max."
Originally, there was only one Kadeau restaurant in Denmark, and it was located on the island of Bornholm. However, in 2011, the individuals behind Kadeau felt that it was time to share the wonders of Bornholm with Copenhagen.
Since then, the restaurant in Christianshavn has provided high-end gourmet. The menu at this restaurant is inspired by Bornholm delicacies and Danish products. As a result of the popularity of the two fine dining establishments, the owners have since opened two more: Roxie in Hotel Herman K and Pony in Vesterbro.
The menu changes with the seasons. And so do the hours of operation. For the most up-to-date information, see Kadeau's website.
