Aka Akasaka's "Kaguya-sama: Love is War" is a romantic comedy seinen manga series written and illustrated by him. The series was first serialized in Weekly Young Jump magazine in 2015, and as of July 2023, it had been collected into 23 tankbon volumes. The plot revolves around Shuchiin Academy student council members Miyuki Shirogane and Kaguya Shinomiya, who are both secretly in love with each other but are too proud to admit it. Instead, they engage in a battle of wits and schemes, each attempting to force the other to confess their feelings first.
