To begin, you'll learn about mindfulness (and what it isn't) through presentations and hands-on practice. You'll also learn about the data that backs up the benefits (and risks) of mindfulness for a variety of ailments, as well as how to spot contraindications. Finally, as a busy healthcare provider, you will learn about the advantages of this practice.
