Myojo Ramen
Originally focused on dry and instant noodles, Myojo Foods was founded in Japan in 1950. In 1991, Myojo Foods and JFC International formed a partnership with an establishment of Myojo USA, whose current headquarter is in Chino, California. Currently, Myojo Foods concentrates on producing fresh noodles for homes and restaurants, and it has recently expanded its market into Canada and Mexico.
Its fresh ramen's appeal can be attributed to its wide range of options, including distinct preferences like vegan, tonkotsu, and small quantities, in addition to shape variations like straight or wavy. All can be altered to meet the needs of individuals. In addition to fresh items, you should be aware of certain notable instant ramen lines from Myojo Foods, such as Premium Ramen Series (released in 2010), New Ramen, and Yakisoba products (released in 2022).
Shio Tonkotsu and Seafood Tonkotsu, two flavors from their Premium Ramen Series, are good choices to start with for beginners. Every type of ramen has a unique noodle shape and flavor. While Seafood Tonkotsu gives you thick wavy noodles accompanied by milk without being overly fishy, Shio Tonkotsu will offer you a thin one with a terrific salt and pork flavor.
