The National Technical University of Ukraine Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (NTUU KPI) is a public technological university in Kyiv, Ukraine. It is one of Ukraine's oldest and 1st among top the best universities in Ukraine, developing highly qualified workers in a wide range of academic subjects for Ukraine's and other nations' economic and social sectors. During 200000 professionals have been trained over the course of the organization's 120-year history. There are 19 educational departments, 10 educational-research institutes, 13 research institutes, and 17 scientific subdivisions that provide training. More than 32000 students, including international students from 27 countries, attend the university.
Lecture halls and laboratories are equipped with cutting-edge technology that enables qualified lecturers and famous Ukrainian scientists to conduct academic processes and scientific research, to introduce modern educational technologies through local/global computer networks, and to provide education at the level of world-renowned universities. The democratic traditions of students are an important aspect of the University's history. Self-government bodies actively participate in the University government, complementing one another by involving students in key educational, scientific, and social concerns, as well as the organization of leisure, spiritual, and sporting activities. Igor Sikorsky KPI collaborates successfully with 112 technical universities from 36 countries and takes part in worldwide educational and scientific projects and activities. All of this attests to the University's openness, as well as its desire to participate in the unique integration processes of today's world.
