Porsche

Porsche is a German vehicle company based in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany that specializes in high-performance sports cars, SUVs, and sedans. Volkswagen AG owns the firm, with Porsche Automobil Holding SE owning a majority interest. The 718 Boxster/Cayman, 911, Panamera, Macan, Cayenne, and Taycan are now available from Porsche. Porsche's brand logo is based on the coat of arms of the Weimar Republic's Free People's State of Württemberg, which had Stuttgart as its capital from 1918 until 1933.

Interestingly, one of their first assignments as a new company was to design a vehicle for the people, a “Volkswagen”. The result was the Volkswagen Beetle and is considered one of the most successful car designs ever. At the end of World War Two, Ferdinand lost his position as Chairman of the Board of Management of Volkswagen and Ivan Hirst was put in charge of the company. Ferdinand was arrested in 1945 for war crimes. During this time, his son, Ferry Porsche, decided to build his car.

Porsche is one of the best car brands of all time. Porsche has developed numerous technologies that have improved vehicle performance, safety, and advanced environmental innovations in the automotive industry. Today, with more than 30,000 vehicles, Porsche is the world’s most successful german sports car racing brand. No other model is better known in the world than the Porsche 911.
