Tashkent State Pedagogical University

Tashkent State Educational University began as a pedagogical institute in 1935. It was known as the Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute from 1953 to 1998. The institute was given full university status in 1998.

Primary education, pedagogics, physics and mathematics, natural sciences, history, vocational education, foreign languages, special pedagogy, innovative pedagogy, Russian language and literature, and preschool education are among the university's 11 faculties. Each faculty is separated into departments that provide a variety of bachelor's and master's degree programs. There's also a pre-military training department that teaches pupils the practical skills and information they'll need to enter the military. Military training, physical culture, and children's sports are among the topics covered by the faculty.

For students who choose a more flexible approach to their education, the institution offers a part-time program. The department offers students three years of academic instruction in their chosen subject while still allowing them to work full or part-time. Every year, foreign students from countries such as Ukraine, South Korea, China, and Azerbaijan come to the institution to study. Along with their education, these students are offered the opportunity to live in Uzbekistan.
