The Catholic University of Central Africa
The Catholic University of Central Africa is located in Yaoundé, Cameroon's Central Province. The Association of the Episcopal Conference of the Central African Region founded the university in 1989.
It is officially recognized by Cameroon's Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur. The university includes three campuses in Yaoundé, two in the city centre and the main campus outside of town. The Catholic University of Central Africa is a small institution with a student population of around 2000 people. The Catholic University of Central Africa provides courses and programs that lead to officially recognized higher education degrees in a variety of fields of study.
The institution now has 5 faculties as follows: Faculty of Theology, Faculty of Philosophy, Faculty of Social Sciences and Management, The Canon Law Department, and The Advanced School of Nursing.
