University of Talca
Talca University is a Chilean institution with campuses in Talca, Curicó, Linares, Santa Cruz, and Santiago. Talca University was established in 1981. Talca is home to the company's headquarters and main campus. It is a member of the Chilean Traditional Universities, the Chilean State Universities Consortium, and the Chilean Regional Universities Group.
According to several rankings, the University of Talca is the top public university outside of Santiago. There are ten PhD programs and 27 Master's programs available. The National Accreditation Commission granted it accreditation for five years (2014-2019).
The university was ranked in the 801-1000 range globally and 31-35 in Latin America by Times Higher Education in 2017.
It is placed 801-1000 internationally, 101-150 for under 50 universities, and 79 in Latin America in the 2018 QS World University Rankings.
