Valea Morilor Park
Valea Morilor Park is located in the Buiucani section of the city. The park, which is located on the shores of Lake Valea Morilor, was established in 1950 as a result of a Leonid Brezhnev initiative. The "Central Park of Culture and Relaxation of the Leninist Komsomol" was its original name. It has been fully restored to its original condition and looks fantastic that you can seek the most relaxing time for walking around the park and especially along the lake's shoreline because the lake is definitely worth a visit whilst in Chisinau, it is slightly away from the city center but is well worth seeking out.
"Summer Theatre," also known as the "Green Theatre," was established in 1957 and has a capacity of 6,700 seats, making it Europe's biggest open-air theater. This park-based theater includes a day cinema, a children's village called "Andries," a beach, and a boat station. The lake park has long functioned as a basis for many water activities. On the park's grounds, three rowing schools were in operation. Amateur sports fields and fishing sites have been established. In the winter, a public skating rink was built on the lake's ice. There was also a skydiving tower from which anyone may jump. There, parachutes were assigned, instructors worked, and a parachuting unit also operated.
