Bela Crkva Lakes
Six bigger and a number of smaller man-made lakes together known as the Bela Crkva lakes are located close to the town of Bela Crkva in the southern Banat region of the Serbian province of Vojvodina. Gravel extraction led to the formation of deep trenches, which aquifers and rainfall later filled. They are a well-liked tourism destination since the water there is clean and unpolluted and perfect for bathing.
The lakes' varied depths and abundance of fish make it possible to go fishing in addition to swimming in them. The Main or City Lake, Vraevgaj Lake, Carp Lake, Pebble Lake, Novo Lake, and Malo Lake are just a few of the many attractions available to tourists. Unfortunately, swimming is not permitted in Novo and Malo lakes.
Sailing and diving are both permitted here, which is a huge benefit of these lakes. In the summer, these schools are set up for diving and swimming. There are a lot of visitors to the lakes who want to swim and relax, but there are also calm locations where you may go fishing. The lakes are now home to numerous fish species, including pikeperch, carp, grass carp, perch, and catfish. Gradsko Lake hosts the annual Catfish Hunting event.
