Big (2012)
Big is a well-liked Korean drama featuring themes of soul-swapping from the Hong Sisters. The tale centers on Gil Da Ran (Lee Min-jung), who is played by Suzy, and Seo Yoon Jae (Gong Yoo). Da Ran, a temporary teacher, is engaged to Yoon Jae, a charming and attractive doctor. Up until a month before their wedding, their relationship appeared like something out of a dream. Yoon Jae began to distance himself, and Da Ran also met Kang Kyung Joon, an 18-year-old transfer student from the US.
Kyung Joon is an immature young guy who treats Da Ran differently. One tragic day, Kyung Joon and Yoon Jae are both involved in a vehicle accident that sends them hurtling into the ocean. Kyung Joon falls into a coma as a result of Yoon Jae's attempt to save him, which ultimately results in death. To his amazement, Kyung Joon discovers himself in Yoon Jae's body when he awakens in the hospital.
When Yoon Jae (Bae Suzy) falls in love with another lady, problems arise. While this topic seems to be so prevalent in Korean dramas, Big takes an intriguing tack on the story. It has enough twists and turns and dramatic situations to keep you interested throughout each episode.
