Cauliflower Noodles

Cauliflower is rich in micronutrients. To begin, steam a cauliflower floret for 10 to 12 minutes. You dry them and blend them with the eggs, arrowroot flour, and salt in a food processor until smooth. Then you place the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Let them cool before cutting into lasagna sheets or any shape of your choice.
