Could increase longevity
According to some studies, coffee's numerous potential health advantages may help extend longevity. Although there are many factors to consider, consuming coffee has been associated with a reduced risk of liver and colon cancer, as well as respiratory conditions, heart attacks, and diabetes.
For instance, a review of 40 research found that regardless of age, weight, or alcohol consumption, daily consumption of two to four cups of coffee was related to a decreased risk of death. Similar results were found in another research of 1,567 individuals, which found that consuming caffeinated coffee was associated with a decreased risk of death after 12 and 18 years of follow-up. A decreased risk of cancer-related death was also linked to daily coffee consumption of at least one cup. It's interesting to note that one test-tube research found that coffee significantly increased the lifespan of yeast by protecting against free radicals and DNA damage.
